Actually, my fitness journey didn't start because I wanted to lose weight. It was the complete opposite. As a teenager, I was 6'1" and weighed a measly 147 pounds.
Yup! I was like a walking toothpick. But then, one summer, I finally decided to do something about my skinny frame and started hitting the weights.
After four years of pumping iron and watching what I ate, I managed to pack on a solid fifty pounds of muscle.
As time went on, my love for weight training grew stronger. The gym became like my second home.
There's an incredible sense of empowerment that comes from being able to build and refine your body at will—something most fitness enthusiasts will never grow tired of.
Of course, my journey wasn't without its fair share of problems. I've experienced both ends of the fitness spectrum—being very underweight and later struggling with being overweight.
I faced the challenges of losing the excess weight, but eventually, I managed to get things back on track with the help of a keto diet. So, yes, I've had my moments of highs and lows, but thankfully, the highs outweighed the lows.
Here's the deal: I've been a fitness enthusiast for over 30 years now. I've learned a thing or two about staying fit, healthy, and strong.
Exercise and nutrition are my passions, and I truly believe that anyone can change their bodies and their lives through a solid fitness program.
